Southwest Airlines has once again been voted as the Best Airline for Leisure Travel in our Readers’ Choice Awards, making it the fourth consecutive win for the Dallas-based airline. Rob Brown, director of sales and distribution for Southwest Airlines, believes it is Southwest’s “customer service and customer friendly fares [that] make us the leader in the industry.”
