SM: What advice you would give agents wanting to maximize sales in the luxury travel market?

PG: I would tell agents to analyze their business and see where revenue is coming from, and make a cost analysis. Ask yourself, “Is it worth spending hours on a client who will take hours of your time asking for advice, and then book online?” Sometimes it is better to not take the small business and make yourself more available for people that have a bigger buying power.
