With the promotion, travelers only pay taxes and fees for children 17 and under when they are the third or fourth guest in a cabin. In addition, Costa is offering lower rates on select Mediterranean and northern European cruises now through November, with rates starting at $399 pp dbl for a 7-night western Mediterranean cruise.
