After two years, Necker Island—yes, that of the famed Sir Richard Branson—is welcoming back the Great House, now available for booking.
Set on the 74-acre private island, the Great House has been rebuilt following a fire, adding design twists on the original model. The Balinese-style villa offers panoramic views of the Caribbean, Atlantic and nearby islands, featuring eight guestrooms with balconies, king beds, and en-suite bathrooms. The top level features a 1,500-sq.-ft. master suite with a jacuzzi, stand-alone outdoor bath and kitchenette area. On the roof, guests will find a 4-person jacuzzi, while the outdoor terrace features hammocks and sofas.
To have full run of the island for up to 30 adults and six children, rates are $60,000 per night. The buy-out includes accommodations, all meals and drinks, and a staff of 60. Rates also include access to the pools or 32-person jacuzzi, tennis with a professional coach, watersports with instructors and sailing, just to name a few.
