Dining in the Tamarisk Restaurant, rated by Food & Wine Magazine as one of Bermuda’s best restaurants, is an event in gourmet cuisine. Dining inside or on the outside patio overlooking the water exudes romance every night. Guests can choose between the Breakfast Plan (BP) which includes breakfast and afternoon tea, or dinner plan (MAP), which also adds on dinner.

hyatt regency aruba resort & casino This 357-room property set on 12 acres along Aruba’s Palm Beach offers full-service wedding options. The hotel recently appointed a new romance planner, Michelle Harms, whose job is to plan the bride and groom’s big event from initial planning to the special day, and then the honeymoon fun. Couples can choose from a variety of in- and outdoor locations for the ceremony and reception, including the Regency Ballroom for up to 400 guests. The beach and gardens are ideal spots for both the exchanging of vows and the celebration afterwards. Before or after the big day, couples and their guests can enjoy the extensive list of amenities and recreational facilities at the property including an 8,000-sq.-ft., 3-level pool complex with a cascading waterfall, 2-story water slide, two whirlpools, tropical gardens, and a 5,000-sq.-ft. freshwater lagoon stocked with tropical fish and wildlife.
