Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp in Kenya offers couples and honeymooners a variety of romantic activities to choose from.
Couples can stay in the honeymoon tent, which has a fire pit outside and a nighttime setting for a private dinner for two. One of the activities couples can choose from is an outdoor bath that overlooks the Masai Mara and Serengeti plains. The canvas bathtubs can be set up by the canopied verandah of a private tent, or in the middle of the savannah.
Cottar’s has 10 tents in total, along with Cottar’s Private House, which accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms and has its own living areas, staff and vehicle separate from the rest of the camp.
Rates start at $490 pp sharing and include guided bush walks, candlelit bush dinners, day and night game drives, 1- to 2-hour complimentary massage per tent, transfers to cultural visits, drinks and laundry.
