The BodyHoliday, a health and wellness resort in Saint Lucia, has launched BodyScience, a program dedicated to offering optimal wellness for guests.
The program, using DNA testing, and an Eastern approach to well-being methods, provides guests a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor who performs onsite tests that provide further information about the guest’s health and wellness. Tests include assessing the heart rate, blood pressure, and cardio fitness, as well as a body fat analysis, lung capacity, and 3D heart mapping, among others. Test results reveal the patient’s body type to make sure they’re exercising to their full potential, helping them avoiding injuries, and what food to eat, which allows them to create a preventative nutrition plan. Guests can start their meal plan immediately, as the resort’s wellness chef prepares their personalized dishes at any of the restaurants.
As part of the initial program, guests participating in BodyScience will be given a password-protected personalized web portal on the The BodyHoliday website to access and analyze their results.
