Three years and 140 million dollars later, The Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort has completed the largest transformation in the resort’s history, which included a redesign of all guestrooms, a complete transformation of the Dolphin Resort lobby, and the renovation of all meeting space.

Some changes future guests will see include new high-definition TVs in the guest rooms with plans to add interactive TV software soon; two new dining venues including the Phins bar with its own craft brew and wine on tap; a chandelier in the Dolphin lobby with nearly 10,000 crystals; and new poolside cabanas.

The completion of this project and the Resort’s return to operating at full capacity came just in time for the opening of Toy Story Land, which opens in 2018 and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, which is expected to open in 2019. Both new attractions will be walking distance from the resort inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
