Adventures by Disney is heading to Norway in 2014, taking families on a trip inspired by the upcoming Disney animated feature film, Frozen.

The 8-day tour explores the villages of Bergen, Flam, Geiranger and Oslo, featuring activities inspired by the film’s lead character, Anna, who is searching to find her sister Elsa and save the kingdom from “eternal winter.” Highlights of the trip include visiting the churches that inspired the architecture in the film; rafting down the Voss River; venturing through capital city Oslo; exploring the Fjord country by speed-boat safari; eating dinner in a “Bryggen-style” room with a view of the Bergen Harbor in Bergen; and activities such as rainbow trout fishing and glacier visits.

Parents will also have free time since the trip includes a Junior Adventure Night, where children have a private dinner museum experience while adults enjoy fine dining.

Rates include accommodations at the Grand Hotel Oslo, Hotel Union in Geiranger, Fretheim Hotel in Flam, and the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Bergen; most meals; transportation throughout the trip; activities and entertainment. Call for rates.
