Today, Crystal Cruises unveiled a major growth expansion that includes additions to its fleet, as well as its own luxury airliner.

In December 2015, Crystal Cruises will welcome its newest vessel, the Crystal Esprit—a new yacht marking the debut of the company’s new all-inclusive Crystal Yacht Cruises program. The new Crystal Esprit is a 62-guest yacht offering passengers all-suite accommodations, a two-passenger submarine, four 10-passenger zodiacs for offshore excursions, and a 12-passenger Wider 32-ft. yacht tender for special boating adventures. Guests also have access to kayaks, scuba gear, water skis, and wake boards. The Crystal Esprit will sail to the Seychelles Islands, Dubai and the Adriatic Coast in 2016, 2017, and early 2018. The first voyage is set for Dec. 23, 2015 and fares start at $2,690 pp.

Joining in on the popular river cruise segment, Crystal Cruises is introducing its Crystal River Cruises program in spring 2017, and also that year, will launch Crystal Luxury Air, offering luxury service for travelers in a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The aircraft, normally carrying 300 passengers, will only service 60 guests and feature fully reclining business seats. The aircraft will fly to destinations where other airlines do not offer nonstop service; the 28-day itineraries will visit up to 12 remote locales where guests will stay in luxury accommodations.

In addition, Crystal Cruises is introducing three new Crystal Executive Class ships—the first is expected in 2018 and will feature all-suite accommodations with balconies, and carry about 1,000 guests. The new vessels will each feature Crystal Residences, forty-eight 600- to 4,000-sq.-ft. “homes” situated on the top deck of the new ships. These residences offer passengers access to a private restaurant, reception and facilities. Other features on the three new vessels include larger guestroom suites, culinary creations by Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs, and yacht-like amenities including submarines, helicopters and zodiacs.
