El Patron, Europe’s first tequila-themed hotel, is opening next summer on the Isle of Wight in South East England in the historic Charter House, which was a former factory in St Thomas Square. The property features six Mexican-styled rooms, each themed around a different drink from El Patron’s tequila menu and each with its own individual cocktail set for guests; a bar with exposed brick walls and Latino-inspired artwork where live music will be played Wednesday to Saturday; and a large outdoor area. At the restaurant, guests can dine on mouthwatering Mexican street food such as spinach and feta quesadillas, slow cooked pork burritos and crispy fish tacos. The bar and restaurant are already open for guests who can stop by to try a drink from El Patron’s new cocktail menu created in honor of the hotel’s summer opening. The menu includes drinks such as Maraca, made with melon, mint and lemon; Luchador, a mango margarita infused with Arette Blanco, mango, chilies and lime with hint of jalapeno, and the 100 Years Of Lychee, a mix of Patron Silver, pear liquor, lychee, guava and peach.
