Rail Europe is offering agents the chance to become experts through its new training program, as well as earn rewards and savings for their clients.
TRAC: The Rail Agent Course is a revised version of the rail expert course and exam with two new modules on rail travel in Switzerland and France. When agents successfully complete the course, they will receive four Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from The Travel Institute for the European Rail Module and one CEU each for the France and Switzerland modules. Travelers, meanwhile, can save 20 percent on select Standard Premier tickets for Eurostar’s high-speed trains and 10 percent off city passes in London and Paris with Rail Europe. City passes must be booked by April 2 and are valid six months from the date of issue.
Eurostar rates start at $150 pp and for every Business Premier or Standard Premier Eurostar ticket, agents can receive a $10 Amazon gift card. Travelers must book by April 2 for travel Feb. 24 through Aug. 31.
