New properties around the globe range from five-star hotels to a quaint bed and breakfast.

In partnership with Grand Hotel Di Como Srl and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc, Sheraton Lake Como Hotel recently opened in Italy’s lake region surrounded by the Alps and Lake Como.

Sheraton Lake Como offers 116 guestrooms, including four newly renovated suites, a fitness center, two outdoor swimming pools and a jacuzzi, two dining venues, and a private park for sunbathing, jogging, or picnicking. The property is located walking distance from the Lake Como shore, where guests can take part in water-based activities. This July, akyra Manor Hotel Chiang Mai opens in collaboration with AHMS-The Collection and Manor Studio. This five-star, all-suite property is also a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

The 30 suites each offer a covered outdoor tub, and indulgent bathrooms, which serve as the focal point of the akyra Manor experience. There are 23 akyra Deluxe Suites, which offer 610 sq. ft. of living space, while seven akyra Manor Suites provide guests with more than 1,050 sq. ft. of space. Salt Hotels brings style and luxury combined with their “no rules” approach to the newly opened bed and breakfast, Eben House in Provincetown.

The property, which was originally built in 1776 as the home of Captain Eben Snow, has completely renovated its 14 guestrooms and suites. Guestrooms feature pillow-top mattresses, luxury linens, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and new bathrooms with rainshowerhead—plus seven of the 14 rooms feature a fireplace.

Eben House is made up of three buildings—The Captain’s House, The Carriage House, and The Victorian House. The Captain’s House is the main property, housing the Conservatory on the main floor, which opens out to the brick courtyard where guests can sit for breakfast.
