This month, Hyatt’s new all-inclusive brands have debuted in Mexico, opening in Los Cabos and Cancun.

The 619-suite Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos officially launched on Nov. 1, and the adults-only Hyatt Zilara Cancun joined the brand on Nov. 15. The resorts will undergo multimillion dollar renovations next year, updating the public spaces, guestrooms, and food and beverage offerings. Your clients can also look forward to the brand extending into Jamaica, with Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, Jamaica set to open in late-2014.

“By entering the all-inclusive segment, we immediately increase Hyatt’s presence in key resort markets, and Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara will provide a platform for future growth. In the short term, we are concentrating on the first three resorts opening in Mexico and Jamaica, and we are excited for the long-term prospects of the brands,” says Chris Walker, v.p., brand experience, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

Hyatt Zilara will be an adults-only brand, perfect for a wide range of guests, “whether they are looking for ultimate relaxation in a carefree, sophisticated setting or a calendar full of activities that allow them to explore their surroundings,” Walker says.

At both properties, your clients can enhance the all-inclusive experience by upgrading to the Premium Club, which features personal services like butler service, premium brand liquors, discounts on spa services and more.
