As of the first of the month, Isram Wholesale Tours and Travel, Ltd. tour programs to Israel is no longer participating in the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. Now the company will offer travel to Israel exclusively under its Belder Gray brand, focusing solely on small luxury group departures with a philanthropic voluntourism experience. All other Israel travel services will be marketed and sold by Isram Israel Touring Ltd.—an established incoming tour operator in Tel Aviv that has worked with Isram for more than 20 years. Tours booked by Isram Israel Touring, Ltd. are not covered under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. Clients who made payments to Isram Wholesale Tours and Travel, Ltd. prior to Dec. 1, 2015 for tours to Israel are protected under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. Clients who have made payments after Dec. 1 for these Israel tours, except the Belder Gray tours, will not be covered by the USTOA program.
