Meanwhile, the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts’ Outrigger Hospitality Specialist program’s online agent learning center has debuted a new Maui course, which includes an expanded section on special amenities and insider tips about each Maui property. And making social networking its business, agentSNAP is coming together to allow business-to-business communication specifically for those in the travel industry. VIA Rail Canada combines education with rewards through its new online travel training course, specifically for travel agents. The course aims to provide agents with a comprehensive knowledge of VIA Rail through six modules and quizzes in categories including Introduction to VIA Rail Canada; The Ocean: Montreal to Halifax; Corridor Services; The Canadian: Toronto to Vancouver; Jasper-Prince Rupert and VIA Rail 2012 and Beyond. All together, the course takes 45 minutes to complete.
