is hosting an epicurean celebration called R.S.A.—Regional, Seasonal, Artisanal—that includes the grand opening of the oceanfront restaurant ‘ULU Ocean Grill + Sushi Lounge.

“As one of our three annual signature epicurean events, R.S.A. gives our guests the opportunity to experience exciting culinary events with great food and wine, but also the opportunity to interact with our chefs, great winemakers and special friends,” says Robert Whitfield, regional vice president and general manager of Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. “R.S.A. is particularly special this year as it marks the grand opening of ‘ULU Ocean Grill + Sushi Lounge.”

The events will be held Nov. 14-17 and hosted by Executive Chef James Babian. They include a cooking class ($25), culinary experiences and dinners (ranging from $45-$95), and an ‘ULU grand opening party (a la carte).

Starting this winter, The Resort at Pelican Hill will feature Epicurean Experiences for the holidays and seasonal events in November and December, and then going into January, February and March of 2013.
