Disney Announces 2012 Sailings out of New York

Disney Cruise Line has announced that beginning May 25, 2012, the Disney Magic will sail 20 cruises from New York.

For those interested in exploring Canada and New England, 5-night itineraries are available that take passengers up the New England coast calling at Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Saint John, New Brunswick. In these popular Canadian ports, guests have the opportunity to explore historic sites, visit quaint cafes and charming shops, and browse Canada’s oldest farmer’s market.

Rates start at $1,900 pp dbl, plus government fees and taxes. Several departures are available June through September 2012.

The line will also offer 8-night Bahamas cruises out of New York that include a day at Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay; Nassau, Bahamas; and a stop at Port Canaveral, FL, giving guests an opportunity to visit the nearby Walt Disney World Resort. As part of this itinerary, guests also receive a 1-day Disney Park Hopper ticket and roundtrip transportation between the port and resort.

Rates start at $3,072 pp dbl, plus government fees and taxes. Several departures are available May through September 2012.
