Riviera Palm Springs offers a package for guests going to Coachella.

As spring and summer music festivals are announcing their lineups, now is the time to book your festival-bound clients at hotels in these locations across the U.S. Here are some of our recommendations that will have your client feel like they are in the VIP section the entire stay.

Coachella—which features headliners like Phoenix and Red Hot Chili Peppers—is known for attracting actresses and models to this 3-day event, now running for two weekends, April 12-14 and April 19-21. Located at Polo Field, 23 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport, an option for festival-goers is Riviera Palm Springs and its Sleep In and Rock Out package.

“The destination of Palm Springs is experiencing a major renaissance, increasingly popular throughout Southern California and gaining national attention as travelers are drawn to its retro, mid-century architecture and design,” says  Mike Islava, director of sales and marketing at Riviera Palm Springs. “Coachella is the signature event of this desert playground and Riviera’s legacy makes it ideal for culture-seekers to celebrate the iconic music festival.”

The package takes care of everything guests need for the weekend, starting with cocktails at check-in and an in-room festival survival kit, complete with water, aspirin and energy drinks. The package also includes suite accommodations; daily valet and roundtrip shuttle transfers; daily breakfast at Circa 59 with bloody mary’s and mimosas; and late-night snacks delivered to the room.

The hotel, which was a popular vacation spot in the 1960s for celebrities like Sonny and Cher, features pools with private cabanas; fire pits; the new Chiki Bar & Pool; and SpaTerre, which has a fitness center, full-service salon, private steam room, Buddha lounge and watsu pool.

Rates start at $1,959, with a minimum 3-night stay. For more information, call (866) 558-8311 or visit psriviera.com. For more on Coachella, visit coachella.com.

The James Hotel offers guest bikes, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour concierge, a nightly homemade turndown treat, and Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin mini iPod speakers in suites. Accommodations include guestrooms, studios, lofts, 1-bedroom apartments, and penthouse lofts. The hotel also offers guests use of a 24-hour gym with customized fitness programs, as well as The Spa by Asha, which includes an aromatherapy foot bath with every treatment.
