New York’s 197-guestroom Refinery Hotel is offering its guests the opportunity to kick-start their fitness regime with the third installment of its Journey Joyfully wellness campaign—Resolutions Refined. The program, in partnership with health and wellness company Wellthily, kicks off this month with a sampling of new wellness offerings, including in-room Wellthily tablets, in-room Wellthily healthy travel kits, Wellness Weekends and pop-up fitness classes, plus healthy menu items at the hotel’s food and beverage venues. Refinery Hotel’s Wellthily tablets allow guests in select rooms the option to purchase Under Armour workout apparel, view healthy neighborhood guides, obtain wellth perks and discounts to local health stores, plus watch on-demand meditations and workouts. Guests can also purchase a Wellthily healthy travel kit through the tablet, which comes with pajamas, a healthy and indulgent snack, essential oils, and other items ideal for busy travelers.

Throughout the month of January, guests are invited to take Wellness Weekends and pop-up classes with NYC’s top fitness instructors and celebrity trainer Kira Stokes. The pop-up fitness classes, which range from candle lit yoga to a high-intensity dance class and a trampoline cardio workout, will take place in the hotel’s event space, Hatbox, or on the hotel’s rooftop bar and lounge, Refinery Rooftop. Before class, guests can enjoy healthy snacks, a beauty bar, breakfast and Blue Print Cleanse cold pressed cocktails in the Wellth Lounge. A full schedule of classes is available at wellthily.com/location/nyc. Tickets cost $35 per class. Room rates start at $459 per night. For more information, visit refineryhotelnewyork.com.
