For the second year in a row the Riptide Music Festival is coming to Fort Lauderdale promising music, sun and fun. To celebrate the kick off of pre-sale tickets for the Dec. 2-3 event, The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau has announced special Riptide Music Festival hotel packages in partnership with seven nearby properties. For example, the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Beach is offering starting rates of $169 per night now through July 31 for travel between Dec. 1-4. Meanwhile, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa is offering rates of $259 per night now through July 31 for travel between Dec. 1-3. Guests of the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa will also receive a $50 nightly credit to use during their stay towards the onsite Starbucks, Riva Restaurant, signature 3030 Ocean restaurant, the Sea Level Restaurant & Bar, a spa treatment or activities and watersports.

In addition, festival-goers who book one night at select hotels will receive an Underground Music Pass (UMP) per room upon check-in. The UMP features value-added offers designed specifically for concert-goers, including deals and discounts at bars, music lounges, clubs, restaurants, and concert venues throughout the city. Travelers who book two nights will receive an Underground Music Pass and a free Underground Lauderdale portable battery charger (compatible with most cellphones) upon check-in, courtesy of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau.
