Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort is scheduled to open in 2014 at Universal Orlando Resort.

Earlier this month, Universal Orlando Resort debuted the final piece of its year-long entertainment upgrade. Now, Dispicable Me Minion Mayhem has joined the newly enhanced Blue Man Group Show, the re-launch of The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, the Universal Cinematic Spectacular – 100 Years of Movie Memories and the new Superstar Parade.

When your clients stay at any of the three onsite resorts—Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort—they’ll enjoy free Universal Express Unlimited ride passes, early park admission, complimentary water taxis, priority seating at select restaurants, complimentary delivery of purchased merchandise, and dining opportunities plus wake-up calls from Universal Orlando characters. Summer season rates (through Aug. 11) and value season rates (Aug. 12-Oct. 4) are as follows:

• Loews Royal Pacific Resort: summer rates starting at $279; value rates starting at $224
• Hard Rock Hotel: summer rates starting at $339; value rates starting at $254

And for the most recent news, Universal Orlando has announced plans for a fourth on-property hotel: Cabana Bay Beach Resort, which will offer 900 guestrooms along with 900 family suites. The property is set to open in early 2014. Rates and dates to begin booking are not yet available. For more information, visit universalorlando.com.
