Those looking to combine Chinese culture with some wintertime fun can check out the Spectacular Harbin Ice Festival & Beijing tour. On this itinerary, guests will visit the Harbin Ice Festival with its 10-story ice and snow sculptures, as well as the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and more. Foodies looking for a quick getaway south of the border can indulge their tastebuds on the 4-day Food and Wine Lovers Delight itinerary, which takes guests to Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe, just two hours south of San Diego. The itinerary includes private tours of the region’s wineries coupled with food-centric tours including Mexican fan favorites like tacos, tostadas, street-style beef and more, all served from gourmet food trucks. Foodies on this trip will end their visit with horseback riding through the mountains and a tour of Rancho La Campa, home of Ramonetti cheese. Rates start at $1,795 pp.
