Seven Seas Wellness, Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ new wellbeing program, offers guests a collection of health- and fitness-related excursions as well as a selection of signature Canyon Ranch SpaClub services. The program, which debuts this summer on the Seven Seas Voyager’s Mediterranean sailings, includes 10 unique excursion options, such the opportunity to take an intimate tai chi class in the garden courtyard of the 19th century Pharo Palace in Marseilles, France; plunge into the restorative hydrothermal pools of the Stufe di Nerone Baths in Sorrento, Italy; and swim and snorkel in the brackish hydrothermal, mineral waters of Vouliagmeni Lake in Athens, Greece before taking a spiritual yoga session on Faskomilia Hill. Guests who book a Seven Seas Wellness experience also receive one of five complimentary 50-minute spa treatments: World of Relief Body Buff, Tangle Me Up Wrap, Ocean Scrub, Sole Rejuvenation, and Vitamin Infusion Facial.
In addition, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is expanding the breakfast bar at the Pool Grill with an array of healthier items, from low-fat yogurt and homemade muesli to a selection of nuts, fresh fruits and smoothies. At dinner, guests can also choose Canyon Ranch Balanced Selection appetizers, entrees and desserts. The onboard Canyon Ranch SpaClub and Fitness Center itself also offers a variety of health and fitness acitivites, such as Reiki, acupuncture, fitness classes, personal training, educational presentations, workshops, and more.
The new Seven Seas Wellness program is available on 7- to 10-night Mediterranean itineraries aboard the Seven Seas Voyager from late May through September 2017, except aboard the July 25, 2017 voyage.
