Whether an international tour or stateside ski resort, we’ve found five options for families looking for a spring break getaway.

G Adventures has launched a program that includes more than 30 family vacations spanning five continents; and when travelers book by April 30, for travel this year, they can save $150 pp.

“Our trips are designed for parents who want to share experiences with their children and get away from the typical ‘bucket and shovel’ type vacation,” says Alistair Butchers, innovation manager for the Active and Family Product. “These parents are adventurous and want to pass that down to their kids, seeing new places and meeting new people from around the world.”

The tours visit destinations such as Argentina, Croatia, Uruguay and Vietnam. One tour, the 8-day Jordan Family Adventure, takes travelers ages 5 and older to Petra; camping in Wadi Rum; and snorkeling in the Dead Sea. The tour includes seven breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners; 6-night hotel accommodations and a 1-night desert camp stay; and a Chief Experience Officer (guide).

Rates start at $1,299 per adult and $1,199 per child. For more information, call (800) 708-7761 or visit gadventures.com.
