As San Francisco welcomes the new “dotcommers” offices downtown, The St. Regis San Francisco is also drawing this audience, as well as any tech-loving guest, with a brand-new spa concept: Spa 2.0.
Remede Spa is adding a technology-inspired twist to some of its spa treatments, such as the 45-minute Tech Specialty Massage ($140), which focuses on the neck, head, shoulders and hands to rejuvenate those who sit at a desk most of the day. Start-up Serenity, meanwhile, is a 120-minute body wrap to moisturize and soften skin ($330). And for those who have a hard time relaxing, the 60-minute High-Tech Tranquility is designed to do just that with two massage therapists working as one ($330).
The St. Regis is offering room packages for the holidays, such as Give and You Will Receive—The Ultimate Pahlmeyer Package, $12,000 for two people with full proceeds donated to the charity Big Brothers Big Sisters that Jayson Pahlmeyer, the founder of Pahlmeyer Winery, is involved in. The package includes a 2-night stay, spa treatments for two at Remede Spa, dinner with Jayson Pahlmeyer at the Ame Restaurant, and a chartered helicopter ride with Jayson Pahlmeyer to the winery’s vineyards in Napa Valley and along the Sonoma coast.
Another package is Town & Country with rates starting at $1,220. It includes a stay in the 711-sq.-ft. Astor Suite or the 980-sq.-ft. Metropolitan Suite, a private tour and tasting at Ram’s Gate Winery, and daily breakfast for two at Vitrine Restaurant. Mention rate plan WINEPKG when making reservations.
Room rates start at $649 for the Superior and go up to $2,500 for the Metropolitan Suites. For reservations or more information, visit stregissanfrancisco.com.
