The Still-Single Mingle in Vegas

Then there’s the—what else?—Charlie Sheen package, priced at $129 pp, which includes limo transfers and VIP entry and seating at three gentlemen’s clubs. “It is a fun bachelor party package, but I must admit the guys seldom make it to all three clubs,” says Freedman. Both Club Viva Las Vegas and Bachelor Vegas offer commissions to travel agents, plus a great closer for group sales.

Accommodation options in Vegas are no less exciting, of course. Bellagio’s huge Penthouse Suites are available as either a 1- or 2-bedroom and can connect to a Tower Deluxe Guest Room for additional sleeping space. The suite features an entertainment lounge with a wet bar and dining area, plus baths with whirlpools and steam showers. Rates start at $459 per night for 1-bedroom and $699 per night for 2-bedroom. Spa Bellagio has a private room within the Salon that is ideal for bachelorette activities or bridal showers, while Yellowtail’s modern Japanese and sushi menu provide a great dining option before hitting the nightclubs, especially if clients reserve a table outside to get an eyeful of the resort’s famous fountains. Revelers can then move on to in-house hotspots including The Bank and Hyde, designed by Philippe Starck, the infamous indoor/outdoor venue with an award-winning mixology program, 40 VIP tables, a rotation of DJs and live performances.

For added oomph into a bachelorette’s last hurrah, there’s also ARIA’s Sky Suites, which come with limo transports from and to the hotel, arrival into Sky Suites’ private porte cochere and one-touch control of in-room features, including TV and lighting—plus ARIA’s awesome floor-to-ceiling windows access to the Sky Suites lounge for drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The lavish 2-bedroom penthouse starts at $1,200 per night.

Players will want to take advantage of ARIA’s Race & Sports Book lounge, the Poker Room and its daily poker tournaments and great selection of slot games, then head to Jean Georges Steakhouse for topquality meats and seafood before meeting the ladies at HAZE Nightclub. There’s also LIQUID Pool Lounge, an adults-only outdoor playground with day beds, private cabanas and tons of daytime sizzle.

Ladies, meanwhile, will want to spend time at The Spa at ARIA and its “spa-within-a-spa” suites. These are private areas for parties of up to 10 people that must be booked for at least three hours, wiled away with mani/pedis, massages and facials with friends. The Spa also features a salt-infused meditation room for dewy skin and improved breathing, and the country’s only Ganbanyoku stone beds, which improve metabolism and soothes tired muscles. There are also plenty of retail therapy options next door, plus in-house dining alternatives like seafood yummies at Michael Mina’s newest, American Fish, and creative tapas and homemade sangria at Julian Serrano.
