For 2011, it’s heads up for many exciting new Tauck Bridges offerings: a new Alpine program, visiting Switzerland, Germany, and Austria; a new Italy itinerary; special family departures on the existing 12-day Egypt: Jewels Along the Nile program; and a brand-new itinerary for New York City.

families pitch in for preservation
Tauck’s Guest Volunteer Program donates two to three hours in Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks to preservation, beautification and rehabilitation projects that range from constructing walkways and sanding and staining seat rails and picnic tables, to constructing walkways and repairing flood damages. The program, launched in 2003, has been widely honored—receiving the Preserve America Presidential Award in 2006 and the Pacific Asia Travel Association’s Gold Award in 2008. Actually, two programs are available—one for active seniors and another for families; they operate on Bridges’ Cowboy Country tour.
