Great Wolf Resorts, Inc.’s new Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park resort made its Southern California debut in March in the city of Garden Grove. Great Wolf Lodge Southern California, the brand’s largest resort at 105,000 sq. ft., is centered around an extensive 84-degree indoor water park complete with interactive pools, water slides and attractions, including the 6-story Howlin’ Tornado and the dual body surfing experience, Wolf Rider Wipeout. Ideal for multi-generational vacations, the park also features a massive wave pool and a lazy river. The adventure continues once guests towel off as the resort offers a variety of dry activities and attractions. Highlights include a live action interactive game, MagiQuest, that gives players magic wands to use on a scavenger hunt; an ice cream-themed spa, Scooops Kid Spa, where young girls can receive manicures, pedicures and chocolate facials while sitting on a banana split throne; and an evening Story Time pajama party that takes place in the grand lobby.

Admission to the indoor water park is free and exclusive to guests of the 603-guestroom all-suite resort. Younger guests will appreciate the kid-friendly accommodations in the Wolf Den- and KidCabin-themed suites, which offer bunk beds in a private sleeping area, while parents will enjoy the spacious suites with the option for second bedrooms and bathrooms. For meals, guests can choose from seven unique dining experiences, including a breakfast and dinner buffet at the Loose Moose Buffet, a specialty menu at the Lodge Wood Fired Grill restaurant and grab-and-go items at the area’s first and only Dunkin’ Donuts.

Additionally, Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs is set to open later this year. The expansive indoor water park will feature water slides with drops, loops and spin outs for adults and older children; zero-depth entry pools with geysers, waves and spray features for your clients’ little ones; plus an enchanted kingdom adventure, Scooops Kid Spa, and a nightly Story Time pajama party. Rates start at $249.99 per night for a Family Suite. For more information, visit greatwolf.com.
