Agents Access New Market With Special Needs Group

Special Needs Group (SNG), the leading global provider of special needs equipment for the travel industry, is branching out to make agents and tour operators more familiar with the accessible travel market. To do so, they’re offering agents the chance to participate in its SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate course, become a SNG Travel Agent Affiliate and earn commission when booking accessible travel.

Since its launch date of Nov. 14, the Accessible Travel Advocate course has been teaching travel professionals to become conversant with the accessible travel market through a 1-hour, 3-module program. Objectives of the course focus on understanding accessible travel, building expertise in accessible travel and demonstrating accessible travel advocacy skills.

SNG is also working with key players in the travel industry, such as cruise line CEOs, to discuss key travel accessibility issues and how to improve travel experiences for individuals with special needs.
