Contiki has announced the launch of its new eLearning program for travel agents, ContikiU. Using its knowledge from the past 55 years working with 18-35 year-olds, Contiki is offering agents insight about the millennial traveler through ContikiU such as selling tips and in-depth training on its trips and destinations.
The first course of ContikiU introduces agents to the Contiki brand, providing an overview of its history, philosophy, products and the information about the type of traveler who books with Contiki. Additional courses include information on focused regions including Europe, Contiki’s largest product region, Asia, the U.S. and Canada. By completing certain courses, agents will also have access to incentives, FAMs, agent discounts and more.
