Far and High Travel is offering a 13-day Mongolia FAM trip for a group of six to 16 travelers departing July 4, 2016. During the trip, guests sightsee in Mongolia’s capital city of Ulaanbaatar before flying into the South Gobi Desert to explore sand dunes and the red- and orange-hued Flaming Cliffs, where dinosaur eggs and skeletons have been discovered. While in the Gobi Desert, guests also have the option to take a camel ride or a horseback ride for $5-7 per hour. Afterwards, guests fly back to Ulaanbaatar for the Naadam (games) Festival—Mongolia’s largest festival—where they can view Mongolian wrestling, horse racing, and archery competitions. Rates start at $2,250 per agent and $2,350 per companion when using the code FAM-MG16. Rates include five nights in hotels, seven nights in ger camps (a hotel with traditional round shaped dwellings instead of hotel rooms) and 12 breakfasts, lunches and dinners, plus airfare while in Mongolia and an English speaking tour guide. For solo agent travelers, there is a $550 single room supplement fee. For more information, call (866) 838-5818 or visit farandhigh.com.
