Fashionistas can indulge in their favorite hobby when they stay at WestHouse in New York City. Guests have exclusive access to Net-a-Porter, an online luxury fashion retailer. The property is now offering a Suite Shopping Package, which gives guests access to a dedicated phone line to the Net-a-Porter customer care team 24/7; same-day delivery to WestHouse; and direct access to personal shoppers for guests staying in one of WestHouse’s 16 suites. They’ll also be able to browse Net-a-Porter’s latest fashions without leaving their beds on the Intelity Tablets in each guestroom. Guests who book a stay of three or more nights in one of WestHouse’s suites will receive a $500 Net-a-Porter gift card.
In addition to shopping perks, on-property amenities include products and appliances from ghd, a high-end hair tool brand; sleep masks; aromatherapy oils; bath items from DayNa Decker; and an in-house team of concierges named WestHouse Attaches, who help create itineraries for guests or help them get access to exclusive local shows and attractions. The Intelity Tablets can also be used to personalize climate, listen to music, or select preferred news outlets for reading. Guests in the Terrace Suites have a private terrace furnished with Sleep Studio’s bedding system, which allows mattresses to adjust to different body zones.
Through WestHouse’s resident fee of about $30 per day, guests have access to breakfast, afternoon teas, hors d’oeuvres and evening canapes in The Terrace, as well as premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and coffees in The Den.
WestHouse, which opened in December 2013, blends the residential comforts of an upscale New York City townhouse from the ’20s with the ambiance of a refined hotel. It is located steps away from Central Park. Rates start at $499 per room, per night.
