We’ve rounded up three great packages in Florida—from beach getaways to hanging out with Harry Potter at Universal Studios Orlando.

At the St. Regis Bal Harbour, in Miami Beach, the new Catch & Cook program is a package that your male clients might love for Father’s Day. The offer includes a 4-hour fishing excursion with J&G Grills chef de cuisine, during which guests will catch their own fish to prep for dinner. The chef will have a cooking demonstration with the catch, followed by lunch and included cocktails on board. There’s also a 3-course dinner with wine pairing at the J&G Grill for up to five guests, as well as transportation to the harbor. The Catch & Cook experience is priced at $4,800.
