Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is making its U.S. debut with the opening of two new properties in New York City and Miami. The recently opened Iberostar 70 Park Avenue is a four-star hotel located in the heart of Manhattan featuring 205-guestrooms and a variety of food and beverage options located on the ground floor such as Silverleaf Coffee & Tea and Silverleaf Tavern, a chic baroque-inspired lounge. The New York hotel, Ibersortar’s first hotel in the United States, is set inside a stone and red brick building dating back to 1928, and has undergone a series of renovations in recent years to give the hotel a refreshed look. Nearby attractions include Times Square, Grand Central Station, the headquarters of the United Nations, Bryant Park and the Flatiron District. Rates start at $305 per night.

Meanwhile, this December, Iberostar is opening its second U.S. property, Iberostar Berkeley, in the famed Art Deco district of South Beach. Located in a renovated 1940’s Art Deco building, the Miami chic property will feature 96 boutique rooms. Rates for Iberostar Berkeley are not yet available.
