The new training program can be taken in the agent’s own time and comprises five modules, which are fun, easy to navigate and suitable for both those who are new to the industry, as well as established cruise experts.
Agents simply need to log on to fredolsentraining.com and the site will take them through the five key modules: Why Cruise; The Fred. Olsen Difference; Our Fleet; Life Onboard and Ashore and Fred. Facts. Each module ends in 10 multiple choice questions and agents need a score of 90 percent to pass. Those who are successful will receive an e-certificate as proof of their achievement.
