Take an Outback Trek in South Australia

Rawnsley Park Station is offering travelers the chance to trek through the South Australian Outback and stay at one of its eco-villas with its new Flinders by Foot excursions.

The 3- and 5-day tours will run from May through October and include eco-villa or cabin-style accommodations and all meals, with dinner served at the station’s Woolshed Restaurant. The 1- and 2-bedroom villas offer private skylights, verandahs, and views of Wilpena Pound and the ranges. The treks start and end at the station and cover almost 40 miles in total across the Flinders Ranges National Park. Highlights include a climb to the top of the highest point on Wilpena Pound; a sunrise hike; and wildlife sightings.

Rates start at $1,469 pp for a 3-day trek in a 1-bedroom eco-villa and $1,177 pp in a cabin. Rates for a 5-day trek start at $2,406 pp for an eco-villa and $1,919 pp for a cabin. For more information, visit rawnsleypark.com.au.
