For clients looking for a health-focused getaway, we’ve rounded up three programs where they can detox, relax, participate in yoga and return from their vacation rejuvenated.

The Alpina Gstaad in Switzerland introduces new programs for guests to help  increase energy and vitality, and to recalibrate their minds and bodies. From June 6-Sept. 25 the hotel’s Six Senses Spa will offer three 6-day detox programs ranging from an individualized nutritional and cleansing course of therapy to a more medical regimen.

The three programs offered include the Mountain Detox, a 6-day program tailored to the needs of each guest with personal consultations on arrival and departure, and a body composition analysis. Each day there’s a schedule of detoxifying treatments, a variety of massages and gentle exercises. Guests can choose the Alpina Spa Cuisine for two meals per day or the Juice and Dinner Delight nutrition program from Detox Delight. Rates start at $6,480 pp in a deluxe room. The Mountain Detox MediCheck is a 6-day program including an HRV measurement, blood tests conducted in a lab under a doctor’s supervision and Salusmed analysis, plus the activities listed in the Mountain Detox. Based on results, a micronutrient menu will be designed per guest, allowing him/her to continue the micronutrient supplement for another two months. Rates start at $6,540 pp in a deluxe room. The Mountain Delight is also a 6-day program with the same treatment and activities as the Mountain Detox, except it also includes a Detox Delight nutrition program. Rates start at $5,830 pp in a deluxe room.

All three programs include a schedule of daily therapies in the Six Senses Spa including massages, wraps, scrubs, the signature hammam experience, colonic cleansing, and lymphatic drainage, as well as access to the saltero or salt room, steam, sauna, and hot and cold plunge circuit, flotation therapy and Chakra balancing and Reiki treatments. In addition to outdoor activities, The Alpina Gstaad offers yoga, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, group fitness and aqua gym classes, circuit and suspension training, as well as walking meditation. Guests can also order the Detox Delight program independently of the three detox programs. The 3-day Detox Delight begins on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
