1. Eligibility: The Recommend 50 Days of Giveaways Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who enter via the online sweepstakes form located on recommend.com and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry and a travel agent. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of, and located within, one of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia, (excluding Puerto Rico), or Canada at the time of entry. Employees of Worth International Media (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Worth International Media, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about April 12, 2017 and ending May 31, 2017. All online entries must be received by 11:59PM EST on May 31, 2017. Entries become the property of Worth International Media.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by registering with Recommend at recommend.com/50dayssweeps. You may register only once per day and you must fill in the information requested. There is a maximum of fifty (50) entries per person for the entire sweepstakes period. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. There is no cost to register or enter. No group entries. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Worth International Media.
5. Prizes:
- Daily Prizes: Fifty (50) electronic or physical gift cards from American Express with a value of $50 each. One (1) prize awarded to one winner per day. Limit one prize per winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of prize in its sole discretion. Sponsor disclaims all or any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. The prizes are nontransferable and subject to the rules and regulations of the American Express. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Worth International Media to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize of a Windstar Cruise aboard the Star Legend departing August 15,2017. Premium economy round-trip airfate from the U.S is included. The cruise certificate is valid for a Windstar cruise for two (2) people sharing one stateroom. The cruise certificate may only be used for the cruise stated above. If winner cannot depart on the aforementioned cruise, a similar cruise in length and destination will be selected at the discretion of Windstar. The expiration date of the certificate is December 15, 2017. The certificate must be redeemed Blackout dates apply at Windstar’s discretion. The cruise certificate cannot be used for holiday or themed voyages. Unless otherwise stated, the cabin category will be selected by Windstar based on the lowest available cabin category. Cabin upgrades may be available at an additional cost. Third persons are permitted in the same cabin and will be charged the per person tariff per applicable brochure. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Costs of transportation to and from the port of embarkation, hotels, NDA, taxes, gratuity, transfers. shore excursions, and personal expenses on board (e.g., laundry, certain beverages, phone calls, etc.) are NOT included. Windstar’s Trip insurance protection plans are not available for purchase by guests using a cruise certificate. Cancellation of a cruise after the cruise has been confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the cruise certificate. The cruise certificate is non-commissionable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and is nontransferrable. The cruise certificate cannot be re-sold and cannot be used as partial payment toward a different Windstar cruise. Original cruise certificate with payment for taxes, gratuity and any upgrades must be submitted to Windstar. No partial forms or photocopies will be accepted. The expiration date of the cruise certificate cannot be extended. Please review this important information carefully. A copy of the brochure and/or contract will be provided upon request.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of registrations received.
7. Winner selection and notification: On or about June 14, 2017, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.
- Daily Prizes: Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered. Worth International Media shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The prize will be delivered thirty (30) days from winner selection.
- Grand Prize: Winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Terms: Worth International Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Worth International Media may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Worth International Media. Worth International Media reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Worth International Media reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Worth International Media and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
