The Globus family of brands has revealed details of its 2021 itineraries in Central and South America. The Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways brands are offering more than 30 itineraries in the region, taking in Incan ruins and Patagonian glaciers, Amazonian rainforests and Andean mountain ranges.

“As want-to-be travelers are dreaming of taking flight, we’re inviting them on an adventure of a lifetime next year in Central and South America,” said Steve Born, chief marketing officer for the Globus family of brands, in a press release statement. “Whether taking a peaceful trail ride through a working Argentine estancia, navigating the terraces and temples in Machu Picchu or cruising through the Galapagos, we’re excited to, once again, deliver the world. And, in 2021, we’re offering big experiences in small groups with Small Group Discovery vacations throughout South America.”

All 2021 Globus and Cosmos South America vacations are Small Group Discovery tours, with an average of just 20 guests per departure, providing travelers with room to roam as they experience attractions in Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Patagonia.

Those who book a South or Central American vacation early will enjoy savings of 10 percent off Globus itineraries; $50 off Cosmos tours or $500 off Avalon’s From the Inca Empire to the Peruvian Amazon itinerary.

Peru itineraries will include encounters with llamas and alpacas, multicultural cuisine in Lima and hyper-local welcomes in Peruvian homes. Travelers can choose from the 8-day Peru Splendors itinerary with Globus; the 11-day Mysteries of the Incan Empire itinerary with Cosmos; or the 4-day Machu Picchu Getaway with Monograms.

Brazil and Argentina sailings will offer cooking classes, tango lessons and horseback riding, as well as a visit to Iguassu Falls. Sample itineraries include the 15-day South American Odyssey with Globus; the 12-day Brazil, Argentina & Chile Unveiled itinerary with Cosmos; and the 9-day South American Selection with Monograms.

The Galapagos Islands consist of 13 large (and hundreds of small) islands in the Pacific Ocean, located off the western coast of South America. Travelers can cruise from island-to-island and encounter species found nowhere else in the world on the 11-day Cruising the Galapagos on the Coral itinerary with Monograms; or the 8-day Ecuador & its Galapagos Islands itinerary with Avalon Waterways.

All 2021 bookings will include the complimentary 2021 Peace of Mind Travel Plan, which gives travelers the flexibility to move vacations to any other 2021 or 2022 date, destination, itinerary or even another brand within the Globus family.
