As China mends from Coronavirus COVID-19, Langham Hospitality Group has created new staycation experiences and offers to encourage short, domestic holidays within the country.
Packages at The Langham Hotels & Resorts and Cordis Hotels offer a wide array of experiences within the hotel and in the city, from dining at Michelin starred restaurants, afternoon tea, spa and wellness programs, family activities to city shopping experiences.
“We are very encouraged by China’s road to recovery and have designed these short holiday offerings for guests to re-connect with their city and local attractions after enduring such challenging circumstances brought on by the pandemic,” said Stefan Leser, chief executive officer, Langham Hospitality Group, in a statement.
Offering maximum flexibility, these getaways allow guests to choose the activities they would like to partake in and include breakfast, 20 percent off dining experiences in the hotels and resorts, and flexible check-in and check-out arrangements.
Precautionary Measures
Langham Hospitality Group has implemented stringent precautionary measures at all The Langham and Cordis Hotels and Resorts worldwide to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19.
Daily precautionary measures have been strengthened at every hotel, including but not limited to:
- Thorough disinfection of all high-touch areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, telephones and remote controls.
- Additional cleaning and sterilization of a room or suite prior to and after each guest’s stay.
- Automatic hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in lift areas in the lobby and hand sanitizer is provided at restaurants, bars, reception and concierge.
- At restaurants & bars:
-Proactively disinfect all tables after each guest’s departure
-Place additional sneeze guards at the buffet displays
-Provide additional hand sanitizers for guests and colleagues in the restaurants
-All chinaware, glassware and cutlery are sterilized using a high temperature cleaning equipment.
