Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic have announced a well-being partnership with lifestyle brand exhale that will commence with a series of 3- and 4-day sailings in the Sea of Cortez.

The Base Camp Baja voyages are designed to combine all the adventure of a Lindblad expedition with the well-being experiences that exhale specializes in. The seven departures will take place between December 2017 and January 2018, and will explore Espiritu Santo and Isla Partida aboard the 30-cabin National Geographic Sea Bird.

Guests can customize their experience to include snorkeling with sea lions or through schools of reef fish, exploring the coastline by paddle board or kayak, hiking over black lava and pink volcanic ash, or photographing cacti and birdlife alongside a Lindblad-National Geographic photography instructor. The exhale experience is fully integrated into the journey, and guests can participate in wellbeing activities such as Core Fusion Barre, Bootcamp, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes as well as Power Yoga classes, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga, and assisted stretching.

Luxury river cruise company Aqua Expeditions is collaborating with renowned fitness trainer Alex Salihin for a unique wellness-focused itinerary exploring the countryside of Cambodia aboard the Aqua Mekong.

The 4-night departure will take place Dec. 15-19, 2017, and will include morning yoga classes on the outdoor sundeck of the Aqua Mekong, meditation classes, personal one-on-one training sessions with Alex Salihin, spa treatments, plus daily biking and kayaking along the banks of the Tonle Sap River and around Koh Oknha Tey Island.
