Hammock Cove Resort & Spa is set to open on the Caribbean island of Antigua on December 1, 2019.
The adults-only, all-inclusive resort is located on the island’s northeast coast, adjacent to famed Devil’s Bridge National Park, and consists of 42 individual villas with spacious outdoor living areas and private infinity plunge pools.
Hammock Cove features two restaurants and three bars. Italian-born Chef Marco Festini Cromer is the Culinary Director and Executive Chef who will oversee every aspect of the food and beverage offerings. The resort’s main restaurant is Irina’s, offering international favorites 24 hours a day. Within the restaurant is Devil’s Den, serving artisanal cocktails and craft beer, and also doubling as a coffee shop during the day. Lighthouse restaurant offers a more intimate gastronomic experience serving a mix of Caribbean and European flavors with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. Other resort bars include Chairman’s Reserve Bar, offering handcrafted cocktails and fine cigars; and poolside bar On the Rocks.
The resort’s central pool area boasts a cascading water feature and is situated on a white sand beach terrace and deck. Poolside bar service is available, and a range of on-property activities are offered such as cooking and cocktail making classes, seasonal art and photography workshops and weekly cocktail parties. The resort encourages guests to explore Antigua with nature walks to Devil’s Bridge, scuba diving and snorkeling and other optional excursions around the island.
A full menu of treatments is available at the Tranquility Spa, including facials, body scrubs and massages featuring local herbal infusions and organic products, plus a salon for manicure/pedicures, hairstyling and other beauty services.
The all-inclusive rate also includes 24-hour personalized butler service that extends to every part of the stay from packing and unpacking luggage, laundry services, dinner reservations, tour and spa treatment bookings, and more.
Hammock Cove Resort & Spa is part of Elite Island Resorts, and is located just 25 minutes from Antigua’s V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU).
All-inclusive rates start at US$1,100 per night, per couple including all taxes, services charges, and gratuities.
