Palace Resorts has launched Palace EDGE (Exceptional Destination Groups & Events), a new program for U.S. tour operators that offers group and wedding benefits. The program features special rates for Palace Pro Agents, complimentary rooms and upgrades based on number of rooms booked, discounts and perks for advance bookings made nine months prior to an event date, and complimentary rooms and upgrades for guests hosting a mid-week wedding ceremony.
The Palace EDGE program provides guaranteed savings for couples booking their wedding celebration at any Palace Resorts property. Complimentary private events are awarded based on the amount of rooms booked, such as a 1-hour cocktail reception for bookings of between 10-19 rooms. Couples who book between 25-99 rooms will now have the ability to use five of their complimentary hours in one day, compared to the previous offer of three hours per day. Additionally, guests who book 100 or more rooms will receive unlimited days of events.
Other perks included in the program include private group check-in, a welcome cocktail and cold towel on arrival, and a free wedding planner for the bride and groom. The Palace EDGE program may be combined with other brand-wide promotions, including the $1,500 Resort Credit promotion for reservations of five nights or more; and the Kids Stay Free promotion, valid for children under 12 from June to August.
