Sandals Resorts has announced that Sandals Royal Caribbean, located in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is expanding its dining offerings with two new restaurant concepts—Spices and Bombay Club. With those two openings, there are now up to 20 different restaurants at Sandals Royal Caribbean and the neighboring Sandals Montego Bay.
Spices serves Pan-Caribbean favorites for an island restaurant experience. It offers breakfast options and ever-changing daily lunch buffet themes with made-to-order options. Come nighttime, guests dine on in dishes infused with Caribbean spices like pimento, nutmeg and cinnamon. Complementing the food choices are Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wine selection and premium liquors.
The brand’s exclusive Indian restaurant, Bombay Club features a collection of flavorful dishes such as shrimp pakoras and butter chicken, along with vegan and vegetarian options, like the aloo gobhi and the vegetable bullets.
