Central Holidays recently announced the expansion of travel programs to Egypt.

Adding to a list already consisting of three itineraries, Central Holidays has introduced two new journeys for its guests: Journey to Antiquity and Egypt: Crossroads of Cultures and Faiths.

On the Journey to Antiquity itinerary, travelers will explore Egypt’s cosmopolitan capital, Cairo; see treasures of Tutankhamen’s tomb at the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities; and sail on a 3-night cruise along the Nile to explore Luxor and the Valley of the Kings. They will also visit monuments such as Karnak and the Luxor temples, as well as Giza’s Great Pyramid and the Sphinx. The price of this 9-day itinerary starts at $2,169 pp.

The Egypt: Crossroads of Cultures and Faiths itinerary offers travelers the opportunity to experience many of the same activities and historical visits offered in the Journey to Antiquity trip with the addition of visits to Sainte Mary Church in Maadi, the Temple of Isis at Philae, andthe Funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, plus a visit to the largest collection of Egyptian Christian artifacts in the world. Guests will also explore Alexandria, where they’ll find the Roman catacombs and Pompey’s Pillar. The price of this 10-day itinerary starts at $1,099 pp.
