The Family Selection program at various Palladium properties leaves guests feeling like VIP's.

Palladium Hotel Group is rolling out the red carpet for family travel with its new Family Selection program, complete with extra perks and services.

Designed with both parents and their children in mind, the Family Selection program will first make its debut on June 1, 2018 at the recently renovated Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa followed by the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, which is set to open on Nov. 1, 2018.

The Family Selection program offers guests access to exclusive facilities, such as a private restaurant and bar, a separate pool with waiter service, and a reserved area on the beach at the Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa. At both properties, the program includes personalized services, round-the-clock check-in at a private lobby, premium products, and access to a Family Host who can assist with restaurant reservations and special requests, plus amenities for Palladium’s newly designated “Family Bosses”: the children.

For the “Family Bosses,” special in-suite amenities await, including mini bathrobes and slippers, a prepared bubble bath with water toys, cookies and milk turndown service, a personalized minibar with special beverages, in-room video games upon request, and more. Children and teens will also have access to activities that are exclusive to the Family Selection area, such an entertainment zone with video games, cooking classes and special arts & crafts activities.

Family Selection adults will also receive exclusive amenities, including 24-hour room service, unpacking and packing services, priority reservations in restaurants, and complimentary access to the hydrotherapy area of Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness center.
