Luxury Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado, previously an adults-only property, is set to welcome a new group of travelers: children.
Starting May 2018, families with younger travelers will be welcome at the only hotel based on the island of Cayo Levantado, Samana, on the northern coast of Dominican Republic. This will make Luxury Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado the only Treasure experience hotel—a designation used for properties in unique and off-the-beaten-path destinations as per Bahia’s recent portfolio reclassification—that welcomes younger guests. To cater to children, Bahia Principe’s kids program, Bahia Scouts, will be offered on the island. The program includes daily activities, such as arts and crafts and sports games that allow for parents to venture out on their own.
