Just in time for summer, Palace Resorts has announced its new KidZania Go! programming set to debut at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico. From July 6 through Aug. 17, 2016, the four-diamond resort’s Moon Palace Arena convention center will be transformed into KidZania Go!, an interactive and educational indoor theme park for children ages 4 to 12 to learn life skills through role-play and mimicking traditionally adult activities. At KidZania Go!, children are able to “work” as a fireman, doctor, dentist, police officer, journalist, shopkeeper or other profession under the supervision of trained professionals, and receive compensation (in the form kidZos currency) for their completed tasks. KidZania Go! features 30 establishments including a beauty salon, theater, television station, radio station, a supermarket, bank, fire station, culinary school and hospital, each with its own selection of activities. After putting in a hard day’s work, participants can spend their kidZos on a variety of products and services.

KidZania Go! is available twice daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and costs $85 per child; $55 per adult. Guests have the option to use their resort credits to purchase admission for KidZania Go! through Palace Vacation Planners on the property. As an added benefit, Palace Resorts is offering its popular Kids Stay Free promotion for travel through Aug. 31, 2016, where children ages 12 and under play, eat and stay for free. Additionally, guests who book a stay of five nights or more receive a $1,500 resort credit that can be used on spa and beauty salon treatments, golf outings, dinners, wedding packages and offsite excursions and tours. Room rates start at $172 pp per night dbl. For more information, call (800) 635-1836 or visit palaceresorts.com.
