ALTELIER de Hoteles, a Mexican hotel chain, opened its luxury ATELIER Playa Mujeres in April.

At the all suites hotel designed for adults (16 years and over) guests will experience contemporary Mexican art, technological innovation and stylish architecture, all with views of the Mexican Caribbean and Isla Mujeres. The property’s “Addictive Service” offered in its INSPIRA category combines luxurious accommodations with personalized services including private check-in, plus a butler and golf concierge. There are also exclusive in suite amenities such as Tablet on Demand, Pet-It, and Gourmet-to-Go.

“Our ‘Handmade hospitality’ is remarkable for offering first class, personalized service in a setting of relaxed luxury and vibrant gastronomy surrounding guests with a totally technological experience, generating extraordinary and memorable moments,” said Oliver Reinhart, CEO of ATELIER de Hoteles in press materials.

Onsite guests can experience eight restaurants and eight bars including Italian fare, contemporary Asian cuisine, a health bar, fresh seafood, and a buffet restaurant that resembles a Mexican market. The NUUP Spa offers 18 individual and couples’ treatment rooms, multiple pools, sauna and steam areas, hydrotherapy circuits, and more.

The property will also begin operations with one of the most innovative apps, which will allow them to use their smart phones as their suite key. This technology will also offer TV guides, activities, events, and 3-D maps, plus guests can use it to chat with the concierge department. The app will also offer augmented reality tours and enable guests to get information on restaurants, as well as on the artwork around the property.
